JJA Pack have developed a depositor that can be interated to a Sollich Mini Temperer. The system has been sepcifically developed to ensure there is no added back pressure within the depositor or temperer.
Deposit weights can be adjusted by operators in seconds, or controlled by time or load cell.
The system is controlled by state of the art equipment which allows the machine to run tempered chocolate.
The machine can also be used as a standalone unit by connecting it to a tank and pump which allows you to run any chocolate compounds.
